DO YOU OFFER A RETURN?
- Yes we do return in case damaged or if there was a mistake by the packing staff and the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
- In the case of return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- The minimum period for processing a return is 7-10 working days.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
